CRONIN CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION PERFORMS THE FOLLOWING TASKS USING ITS OWN WORK FORCE: Grading, Earthmoving, Demucking, Concrete curb and related Flatwork, Subgrade Preparation, Limerock and/or Soil Cement Base; Installation of Potable Water, Underground Water Based Firemains, and Reuse Water Mains, Stormwater Sewer Mains and Sanitary Sewer Systems, as well as providing Concrete and/or Asphalt Paving.
CRONIN CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION: has never failed to complete any work awarded to it; does not have any judgments, claims, arbitration proceedings or suits pending or outstanding against the organization or its officers; and has not filed any law suit or requested any arbitration with regard to a construction contract. No officer of this firm has ever failed to complete a construction contract, nor involved a construction contract in any form of bankruptcy proceeding.
